Sports are good for our health but we tend not to do exercise as we get older.
Though I am not good at sports, I like them.
Now, I will write my favorite sports and my memory of sports.
I wanted to belong to same club when I was a sixth grade, but I can’t do so because the number of people that wanted to enter the club was numerous.
As I became a junior high school student, after hesitated, I determined to belong to badminton club. The practice had almost every day. Strength training was very hard sometime. We did a lot of running always as the first activity of the day. This sport was sweaty than I thought but it was also very exciting.
When I first grade in junior high school student, I won at Iburi area tournament. I was so happy. Moreover, I was appointed the vice captain of the club. I could take good experiences.
My favorite another sport is table tennis. In my house there was a ping-pong table, so that I used to play table tennis with my father and sister.
As I was a first grade at high school student, I participated in an autumn sports day in my school. I played doubles game with my friend but we lost by a wide margin. I was really bitterly disappointed. Then, we won once at a spring sports day. I was very glad and I wanted to win more. I chose table tennis on P.E. class and I was taught by P.E. teacher. I gradually made progress in it and I felt it is more and more fun.
Then, I decided to take part in table tennis match in spring sports day again. We practiced much for it, thinking “we want to win!”
Now, I played table tennis in P.E. class again. It is very fun and reminds me of happy memory of table tennis.
Sports are wonderful! I like to play it as well as to watch. I want to play sports and spare pleasure of playing sports with friends from now on.
